To speed up reductions of poverty by finding out individual talents and skills; to consolidate the results of poverty alleviation efforts and create opportunities like jobs, entrepreneurship, Self-employ etc, for households which have escaped from poverty to become well-off; to help improve living and production conditions in poor and exceptional, and also to raise the quality of life of broken homes, poor households and limit the widening of the gap in terms of income and living standards between the RICH and the POOR.
The most important issue is that these homeless and poor people, some of them are targeted and used by ignorant for self-interest or Political Self-Interest.
